In case you haven't heard, Kelly has foolishly agreed to be my lawful wife. I'm a lucky guy right! We have decided to have a "destination wedding", somewhere sunny, probably around the first week of May 2013. We would absolutely love to have you join us by you taking a vacation at that time with us and attending our wedding.
We have been to one of these destination weddings before and they are great fun and a chance for everyone to be together in a vacation spot. The cost would be around $1500 per person which would likely be all inclusive, flight included. We are working with a wedding agent right now and of course formal invitations will follow. We really want to make this happen and even more so, with our family and friends present.
One of the catches of these types of weddings is that in order to get a good rate at a resort, they need to have some idea of who might be able to attend and then they require a deposit of about $300 per person, within 3-4 weeks, which goes towards the total cost per person. We know this is a lot to think about but if you could give us your thoughts so we can start to plan . If you want to come but getting that kind of money in such a short amount of time is a problem or you don't think you can get away for full week but you really want to go.. please talk to us before making any decisions. You don't have to make a decision today, just think about it in the next little bit and lets us know your thoughts (just to clarify, your thoughts should be of sipping tasty drinks as the sapphire blue waters of the Caribbean tickle your toes....just saying).
